High-Risk Pregnancy Management
Specialised care for pregnancies complicated by medical, surgical or obstetric risk factors.
About this condition / service
Some pregnancies need closer monitoring — because of the mother’s age, a previous pregnancy loss, twins, fibroids, hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disease, autoimmune conditions, or a previous cesarean. These are termed high-risk pregnancies, and they benefit hugely from a dedicated obstetrician.
Dr. Vibha Singh creates an individualised antenatal schedule with extra growth scans, doppler studies, foetal surveillance and timely consultation with allied specialists (cardiologist, endocrinologist, foetal medicine). Hospital admission and delivery timing are planned to optimise outcomes for both mother and baby.
