Evaluation at Divine Women's Healthcare begins with a thorough history of both partners, hormonal profile (AMH, FSH, LH, TSH, prolactin), pelvic ultrasound with antral follicle count, tubal patency assessment (HSG or sonosalpingography), and a semen analysis for the male partner.
Treatment is matched to the cause — ovulation induction with letrozole or clomiphene, follicular monitoring, IUI (intra-uterine insemination), or referral for IVF/ICSI when indicated. Lifestyle, weight, stress and thyroid optimisation are addressed in parallel.
